We also provide solution with trip based operation for employee shuttle services.

The rates and operations are calculates based on the time and distance which are combined as a cumulative packages as per the requirements of the clients. We are also providing competitive solutions in GeM portal for regular car hire on monthly basis to Central Govt. Departments, Ministries and state Government organizations. We are experts in proving competitive solution with the packages and tailor made solutions as per the requirement of the clients.

The rates, terms and conditions will be given based on the customer requirement speciation of type of vehicle, hours and distance of the operation with extra hour charges and extra KMs charges.

Tariff and operation

1000 KMs with 200 Hours in a month
1500 KMs with 200 Hours in a month
2000 KMs with 250 Hours in a month
2500 KMS with 250 Hours in a month
3000 KMs with 300 Hours in a month
4000 KMS with 320 Hours in a month
4500 KMs with 320 Hours in a month
2000 KMs in a month and 10 Hours per day
2500 KMs in a month and 10 Hours per day
3000 KMs in a month and 10 Hours per day
2000 KMs in a month and 12 Hours per day
2500 KMs in a month and 12 Hours per day
3000 KMs in a month and 12 Hours per day

And also 24 hours packages with shift basis driver systems having different type of distances (KMs). The basic package can be upgraded by including additional running kilometers and duty hour’s parameter under following option of this service.

Customized Package – If the requirement of clients may vary, the KMs and hours can be as per the combination of distances and hours as given below.

Sedan

Swift Dzire, Toyota ETIOS, Maruthi Xcent, Honda Amaze, TATA Tigor Etc.

Premium Sedan

A Premium vehicle is intended to provide passengers with increased comfort, a higher level of equipment and increased perception of quality than regular cars like Maruti Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Corolla Altis, Toyota Camry and Mercedes-Benz Etc.

SUV - Sport utility vehicle (SUV)

Sport utility vehicle (SUV) is a category of motor vehicles which combine elements of road-going passenger cars with features from off-road vehicles, such as raised ground clearance and four-wheel drive like Mahindra Scorpio, Bolero, Xylo, Marazzo, XUV 300, Ertiga etc.

SUV Premium

A Premium SUV vehicle is intended to provide passengers with increased comfort, a higher level of equipment and increased perception of quality than regular SUV like XUV 500, Innova Crysta, Hyundai Creta, Toyota Fortuner, Compass Jeep and Tata Harrier etc.

Buses & Vans

A Van is a medium-sized motor vehicle, typically with sliding doors and windows in the rear part, for transporting passengers for eg. – Tempo Traveler, Touristers, Mini Buses, Maruti Omni, Maruti Eeco and Toyota Commuter etc.

We will ensure that vehicle deployed shall arrive at designated location on time and with full or sufficient tank of fuel.
